Christmas Cards

If your child would like to write Christmas cards for their friends in their class, these need to be in school by Friday 11th December. All cards will be held in quarantine by the class teacher and given out on the last day (Tuesday 15th). Please also remember that writing names needs capital letters!

Past pupils lead the way!

Following interviews and presentations, The Nottingham Emmanuel School has a new Head Boy and Head Girl… and BOTH are former pupils of our school!

Congratulations to Robel and Isha-Zeb who were described as “amazing” and “inspiring” by their principal, Mr Hobbs. We are all very proud to know that our ex-pupils are going on to such great things.

Legal Coronavirus Reminders

If anyone in your home has symptoms you MUST all stay home and whoever has the symptoms MUST get a test.

DO NOT send your child to school if anyone in your house has symptoms or is waiting for test results.

The fines for breaking this law starts at £1,000 and go up to £10,000.

Each class closed by a coronavirus case costs the school over £1,000 – money which should be spent on your children’s books and learning resources.

Coming up – Wednesday 9th December – Christmas Theme Day

Children can come to school in their Christmas Jumpers or other festive holiday clothes – and everyone will be able to decorate our school Christmas Tree display and join in fun activities for the day!

Coming up – Tuesday 15th December – Last Day of Term

School closes on Tuesday 15th December for the Christmas holiday.

School re-opens for all classes on Tuesday 5th January 2021.
