Children’s phones and bed time
The biggest impact on a good day at school is a good night’s sleep the night before…
Screen time should stop 1 hour before bed so that sleep patterns can kick in normally.
Children need around 11 hours sleep a night (age 4) down to 9 ½ hours (age 11) – they don’t need their phones with notifications going off in their bedrooms and disturbing them.
